Editors' Notes By the late '70s, George Harrison felt alienated from the popular music scene, and his relationship with his record label was done no favours when it rejected this album's original version. After John Lennon's murder, Harrison retooled "All Those Years Ago" as a tribute to his fallen bandmate. Ringo Starr had already played drums on the track, and Harrison invited Paul and Linda.
